The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) knows that when it comes to making high-quality, engaging videos that resonate with audiences throughout the state, they can rely on Alchemy at AMS to produce results. We’ve worked together on a wide variety of initiatives, including helping victims of domestic abuse get child support safely and educating college students on financial literacy. Most recently, the OAG wanted a statewide public service announcement for Child Support Awareness Month. The goal was to increase awareness of the Texas Child Support Program and the understanding that child support goes beyond financial needs—it’s about families working together to provide for their children and developing meaningful relationships that lead to brighter futures.
Targeting parents between the ages of 18 and 38, our team created 30- and 60-second broadcast-ready spots that offer a reminder of the undeniable benefits of cooperation as both moms and dads help their children grow up and succeed—using the ubiquity of social media to create a meaningful connection with our audiences.
And the message was indeed well received. During the August media run for Child Support Awareness Month, the outreach campaign delivered 3,315,927 impressions. Not to be outdone, the average video completion rate of the campaign was 80%, indicating high engagement for the message.
